Honey
Chestnut
Harvested during the full bloom of the chestnut trees surrounding the estate, this honey is born in the height of summer, when the air turns warm and resinous. Our beehives, installed directly on the property, forage in a preserved natural environment between woodland and Mediterranean hillsides.
Its deep amber color with copper reflections reveals a powerful personality. On the palate, it unfolds with intensity — woody, slightly tannic, and finishing with a refined natural bitterness that is the signature of chestnut blossom.
A honey of character and depth, equally at home alongside aged cheeses, roasted meats, or refined sweet-and-savory cuisine.
