Freedom, Excellence, and Brotherhood

Founded in 1991, the Domaine du Sacré-Cœur takes its name from the historic plot at the entrance of the village of Assignan, where a protective Sacred Heart of Jesus stands, watching over the community against the whims of the weather. It is on these lands that my father, Marc Cabaret, and I joined forces to build the estate, driven by the same passion for wine and our terroir.

A Heritage

For over 30 years, we have worked with the same commitment: to reveal the strength and subtlety of our terroir through exceptional wines. But the estate is much more than a vineyard. It is a living place, a haven for epicureans, where each product tells the story of our deep connection to the land.

Over time, we have chosen to diversify our activity by highlighting other local treasures: truffles, muscat balsamic vinegar, grape juice, olive oil, Pardailhan turnips… All are produced within a 5 km radius of the estate, with the same absolute respect for nature.
