Once so renowned that the King of France himself came to taste them in the restaurants of Pardailhan.
Sown and harvested entirely by hand, one by one.
This black-skinned, white-fleshed turnip is considered the “black diamond” of vegetables.
Juicy and naturally sweet, it is a true gastronomic delicacy, offering multiple culinary possibilities: raw, sweet-and-sour, fried, au gratin, velouté, and more.
