We have chosen a radical approach: producing without any artifices
or additives.
And to fully embrace this freedom, we have left all official appellations (AOP, IGP) to free ourselves from rigid and sometimes inconsistent rules. This voluntary withdrawal allows us to create without compromise, respecting only taste, life, and our terroir.
Neither organic nor conventional: our approach goes beyond labels. For the past 5 years, we have applied no products to our vineyards, olive trees, or turnip plots.
We have chosen a clean and innovative cultivation method, treating our crops with ozonated water. This respectful method effectively combats vine diseases (downy mildew, powdery mildew, botrytis) while preserving the balance of life. Today, with my brother, we have chosen to produce less, but produce better. Each plot is worked to express the best of its identity, and none of our vintages exceeds 2,500 bottles. We give the time and love necessary to each cluster, each bottle, each product. This is how we offer the maximum pleasure to those who share our wines and our table.
